I love to create either in photography or painting. It takes me away to another world, a world of no pain, problems or daily realities. It is a world of happiness, colours, pushing the boundaries and where I love to dissapear in. It changes my realities and open possibilities.
Yes you can get stuck, your inner critic voice can give you a hard time, but learning how to build a relationship with that inner critic eventually helps you to open doors to a new and different level of creativity And of course when you created something you love your inner voices will tell you. . .you won’t be able to do this again. Again you have to be patient with that voice and not fall into the belief that it is true.
My latest painting, for me, is quite a break through. I just painted using my fingers and no brushes, working fast and have big time creative fun. . .just letting go!
Yes and that is why creating makes my world goes round. Sometimes it sets me free even just for a while. It gives me energy and makes me connect with my inner self.
