To get the photos I want and enjoy, I had to develop over the years different techniques. Some of them are well known, but some I developed by just playing with the camera to get the feeling I want. The softer, the more abstract the photo is, the more I love it.
In-Camera Techniques and Editing
Some techniques are in-camera, some are done with editing. . .but it always is a creative process or journey. One that I really enjoy. Every photographer approaches their work in their unique way. I believe it is important to keep on stretching yourself and evolve your creative voice which tells your story. That is not also easy by any means, but when you suddenly find another way of shooting, it is rewarding and always makes me excited. Above all, I must feel the photo inside me, as part of me. To be authentic in art, I believe, is essential!
